Hey!Today's the first day of summer and it's that time to think about your body.I'm that kind of people who always do everything at the last minute.I was sooo lazy these three months or even more....yes, i started to work out for summer about a week ago.Then i realized that i don't have time to find something new for my closet( you know,such a tragedy).
Okay.This May was so nervous.I understood that glow comes from within.You don't need new clothes because if you look tired and bored nothing will help you.BUT YOU.So try to wake up earlier and control your diet.There's nothing difficult about these rules but i know how strong you need to be to follow them.
The next thing is important as well.Usually after long cold winter and fast blooming spring we forget about skincare routine.In the beginning of summer we see the result:our skin is dehyndrated and pale.But we can fix it if we choose the right products.
- Let's begin with body exfoliator.My choice is Clinique Sparkle Skin.I like Clinique because they have really good skincare and bodycare production.After shower my skin feels smooth and soft.
- Contouring care will help if you didn't do any work out before this summer comes.I choose Clarins Body Lift Cellulite Control and Payot Celluli Ultra Performance.It won't help you if you have really big problems but if you want to eliminate small faws and make your skin a little bit more elastic then you won't ever go wrong with these high quality stuff.
- I personally don't like to lie on the beach and sunbathe for hours.So i prefer to spend my money for a good tanning cream or mousse.My choice is Clarins Delectable Self Tanning Mousse SPF 15.I would like it better if it has SPF 50 but anyway it has "tasty" peachy small and it looks beautiful on my skin and that's probably all i need to feel myself good.(Sun wipes are budget alternative)
