Hi!It's so sad but holidays is almost over.So i have only ONE more day to relax:(Okay.But i can't help thinking about it.....Anyway i'll have to survive after winter break and i know how hard it's to get used to school/work/university again.
So here are some pieces of advice for you:
- Detox day.Detox day makes you clean your mind and body.Just drink more water and green tea ,practice yoga and meditation.
- Clean Your Room.Cuz clean room = clean mind.You can change the style of your room and buy some mew decorations.
- Meet Up With Your Friends.Unfortunately, i don't have much time to meet up with friends cuz i have many lessons in school and my english courses.So if u don't have much time too then wny don't you go out with friends or go together to the cinema?
- Be Prepared For The First Day.The first day after break is especially important cuz you can make a new good impression about yourself .Take care about what you'll put on (wear) and about make up too.It makes you feel more confident about yourself.
- Take a walk with your best friend.You can just roll in the snow together or go to the cafe and drink some coffee.Whetever,it most be good!
