Sometimes there are days when i don't want to do anything. But I have to struggle with this because if I don't fulfill my dreams then who will?

TOP 10 ways to overcome depression

  • Think about your dream.Usually when I lose motivation, I try to remember why I'm doing this and what  I'll get in the end.
  • Come out to the street.Just go aimlessly.Freeing yourself  from unnecessary thoughts you'll be able to see things that are really important.
  • Listen to the music.Listen to your favorite songs or find new music.It will makes you feel better and give you the strength to move forward.
  • Buy something to yourself.Buy something that you wanted for a long time.
  • Meet up with friends. Just have fun. Maybe your mood  will change.
  • Work out.Sport helps to forget about the bad thoughts.
  • Watch an inspirational film.I am inspired by musicals like Rock of Ages and Sparkle.
  • Read a book about personal growth.The next day you'll be in a good mood.I'm sure!
  • Journey.I think that journeys change people and their way of thinking.
  • Magazines.I don't know why but when I leaf through fashion magazines, I usually look at all this splendor and understand that I'll achieve this if i try.
